Aleksandra advised major Nordic retail investor Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) in the acquisition of a portfolio consisting of five newly built retail and grocery assets. The seller is a domestic developer together with a group of investors.

Cibus’ shares are listed on Nasdaq First North in Stockholm.
